Rinke Baukes Baukema's 2e vrouw (Rinkjen Minnes Durkema) behoorde niet tot de mennisten.Obe Rinkes Smit weigerde hierom in 1 vertrek samen met Rinke Baukes te eten of te drinken.Toen Rinke Baukes begraven werd begaf Obe Rinkes  Smit zich direct van het kerkhof naar huis.
